Directions

CMRPC can be best accessed via the following routes:

From I-290 East:

Take Exit 14 (Route 122 – Barre/Uxbridge). At end of the ramp, turn left onto Grafton Street. Stay in the right lane and proceed through the next two traffic signals. After going through the second signal, continue under the railroad bridge toward the roundabout. Take the third exit out of the roundabout onto Front Street. At the traffic signal, you are facing the Worcester Common parking garage. Take a right onto Foster Street and travel to the left lane. At the next signal, take a left into the parking garage. Parking fees are $2.00 for one hour, $3.00 for two hours, and increasing one dollar for each consecutive hour.

From I-290 West:

Take Exit 14 (Route 122 – Barre/Uxbridge) and bear right onto the ramp (the sign will say “Grafton Hill”) to Water Street. At end of the ramp, turn left onto Grafton Street. Stay in the right lane and proceed through the next two traffic signals. After going through the second signal, continue under the railroad bridge toward the roundabout. Take the third exit out of the roundabout onto Front Street. At the traffic signal, you are facing the Worcester Common parking garage. Take a right onto Foster Street and travel to the left lane. At the next signal, take a left into the parking garage. Parking fees are $2.00 for one hour, $3.00 for two hours, and increasing one dollar for each consecutive hour.

From Mass Pike (Exit 10 or 10A), I-395, Route 146:

Proceed onto I-290 East and follow directions above.

Bus Directions:

The best bus routes to take from City Hall are the 1, 5, 15, 16 and 18. Routes 11, 33 and 42 also stop at Union Station, however only on the inbound runs. All buses stop at the bus shelter on Foster Street. Proceed to Union Station either through the main entrance at Washington Square or through the Peter Pan/Greyhound bus depot entrance. CMRPC is located on the second floor of Union Station.

Other Options
All bus routes stop at City Hall. Walk southeast on Franklin Street (on the Worcester Common side) to the intersection of Foster, Franklin and Green Streets. Proceed down Foster Street towards Union Station. Access Union Station either through the main entrance at Washington Square or through the Peter Pan/Greyhound bus depot entrance. CMRPC is located on the second floor of Union Station.
