Scenic Resource Meeting to be Held in Rutland (1/24/08)

In an effort to solicit stakeholder input regarding the Byway’s scenic resources, CMRPC will be hosting a mapping session at the Rutland Public Library on the evening of January 24th, starting at 7:00 PM. More information is available on the Meeting Notices page.

Resource Inventory Phase Still in Progress (1/2/08)

CMRPC is in the midst of preparing the resource inventory phase. We’ve gathered information on the following Scenic Byway resources: scenic, historic, archeological, recreational, cultural and natural. The resource inventory phase will continue through the spring of 2008. Once the inventory phase is complete, we will host a public forum to present our findings (target date: June 2008). If you have any resource information that you would like to see included in the Scenic Byway Management Plan, please contact Stephen Wallace at CMRPC (swallace@cmrpc.org) or contact your local scenic byway representative (see Byway Committee page).
