Microenterprise Assistance Funds
CMRPC administers microenterprise assistance funds from the Community Development Block Grant COVID-19 (CDBG-CV) program on behalf of 6 towns in Central Massachusetts. Participating communities include Leicester (lead community), Brookfield, Dudley, Millbury, North Brookfield and West Brookfield.
CDBG-CV microenterprise assistance grant funding supports qualifying microenterprises that have been adversely impacted by COVID-19 that are located in the 6 participating towns. Business owners must meet HUD income criteria to participate. Grants up to $10,000 are provided to qualified businesses for use with eligible business expenses to help offset losses and/or expenses incurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
