Mill Redevelopment Workshops (2015)

TA Connect represented by MassDevelopment  and the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) Division of Community Services worked with CMRPC and the participants to help identify opportunities and resources that might help advance redevelopment of each site.  The project created or assisted in the creation of marketing materials and a summary of next steps for each community.  One of the unique aspects of this project is the peer-to-peer problem solving. The project is funded in part by the District Local Technical Assistance.
