CDAP develops, and at times, implements regional approaches to problems shared by Southern Worcester county municipalities such as

► Coordination and sponsorship of workshops and seminars on topics of interest to local officials such as municipal law, ethics, sexual harassment, planning and zoning issues, and electric utility deregulation;

► Assistance to officials and members of the public in research and technical matters; and provides staff support to the Municipalities Organized for Regional Effectiveness (MORE) a non-profit established to assist our municipalities with a number of tasks including bulk purchasing.

► Provision of data and geographic information and analysis
